You Built the Career, Income and Life You Were Supposed to Want. So Why Does It All Feel So Empty?
The Next Chapter Map is a six-week guided online programme that helps senior leaders and business owners decide what comes next and create a financially sound plan without quitting impulsively, settling for another unfulfilling role, or risking everything they have built.
You Know You Cannot Keep Going Like This, But Walking Away Could Cost You Everything
You have achieved the success you once worked towards, yet something no longer feels right.
Your career looks successful from the outside - you have built a strong reputation, earned a good income, supported your family, and reached goals that took decades to achieve.
Inside, you feel increasingly empty and disconnected - you keep asking whether you should stay, leave, sell the business, retire, accept another role, or do something completely different.
Every option carries serious consequences - one badly timed decision could affect your income, reputation, family, and future financial security.
Staying feels safer, but it is becoming harder - the salary, shares, or value of the business keep you where you are, while the frustration and boredom continue to grow.
You know something needs to change, but you need a way forward that does not put everything you have built at risk.
Another Job, Bigger Challenge or New Adventure Will Not Fix What You Have Not Understood
You may have already tried to escape the feeling without addressing what is really causing it.
You have talked through your options with trusted friends - but the conversations have not led to a clear decision.
You may have explored career coaching or another senior role - yet changing jobs does not answer the deeper question of what you genuinely want next.
You may have pursued excitement elsewhere - through travel, physical challenges, or major lifestyle changes that made you feel more alive temporarily.
The same uncertainty keeps returning - because the real issue is not simply your job, but why the life that once motivated you no longer feels sufficient.
Before choosing your next move, you need to understand what still matters to you and how to pursue it without sacrificing the financial security you have spent years creating.
Make Your Next Decision With Clarity, Not Frustration
The Next Chapter Map gives you the space, structure, and guidance to examine your life and career properly before you make a decision you cannot easily reverse.
Across six guided online mini-retreats, you will step away from day-to-day pressure and work through a structured process that helps you:
Understand why you feel stuck - so you stop blaming yourself for procrastinating and begin addressing the real issue.
See where you are in your personal development journey - so the uncertainty starts to make sense and you no longer feel lost.
Reconnect with what gives you energy and meaning - so your next move is based on what genuinely matters to you.
Assess your financial position realistically - so you understand how much freedom you currently have and what timeframe is financially responsible.
Compare your options more clearly - so you can stop circling the same possibilities without a conclusion.
Create a considered next-step plan - so you can move forward without making a reckless decision simply to escape your current situation.

For Leaders Facing a Decision Bigger Than Their Next Role
This Is For You If:
You are a senior leader or business owner who has achieved significant professional success but no longer feels fulfilled by it.
You know something needs to change, but you are not prepared to gamble your financial security on an impulsive decision.
You are considering leaving a role, selling a business, changing direction, or approaching retirement and feel uncertain about what should come next.
You want your next chapter to feel meaningful while remaining financially realistic.
You are prepared to do the inner work rather than expecting someone else to tell you which option to choose.
This Is NOT For:
Leaders who primarily want to advance their current career.
Leaders looking for conventional leadership development.
People who want help securing their next senior role.
People who want an adviser to decide for them.
People who are unwilling to protect time each week for honest reflection.
Do Not Wait Until You Reach Breaking Point
Ignoring the problem does not make it safer.
Declining performance - boredom, impatience, and disengagement can begin to affect your work.
A damaged reputation - one careless outburst or impulsive decision could put your position at risk.
Lost financial rewards - leaving too early may cost you shares, a business sale, or future security.
Years of regret - staying indefinitely can leave you wishing you had acted sooner.
The aim is to make a clear, considered move before frustration pushes you into the wrong one.

The Myths Keeping You Stuck in the Wrong Next Chapter
Myth #1: “I should be happy because I have achieved so much. Wanting more makes me selfish or ungrateful.”
Truth: Achievement and fulfilment are not the same thing. Wanting more meaning, growth, or contribution does not diminish what you have built or make you ungrateful.
Myth #2: “I just need another role or a bigger challenge.”
Truth: A new position may create temporary energy, but without understanding the real source of your dissatisfaction, you may recreate the same problem elsewhere.
Myth #3: “I do not have time to think about this properly.”
Truth: The lack of protected thinking time is one reason the decision remains unresolved. The six-week structure creates the space that your work and family demands continually consume.
Myth #4: “It is safer to stay where I am.”
Truth: Staying without making a conscious decision is still a decision. Over time, frustration can affect your judgement, performance, relationships, and reputation.
Myth #5: “Someone experienced should tell me what to do.”
Truth: No adviser can decide what will make your life meaningful. Rebecca helps you gather the personal, practical, and financial information needed to make your own well-considered decision.
